Every LAZULI Shade is shipped with care directly to your door. We deliver to all governorates across Tunisia.

  • Payment: Cash on delivery — you pay only when your order arrives.
  • Order cutoff: Orders placed before 2:00 PM are dispatched the same day.
  • Tracking: You will receive a confirmation call or SMS once your order ships.

We stand behind the quality of every LAZULI Shade. If you are not completely satisfied, we make returns simple.

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

How to Return — 4 Simple Steps

  1. Contact us — Reach our team via email or WhatsApp to initiate your return.
  2. Confirm your order — Share your order number and reason for return.
  3. Arrange collection — Our team will coordinate pickup or guide you through drop-off.
  4. Refund issued — Once we inspect the item, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days.

Exchanges

Want a different pack size? We are happy to exchange your order for another LAZULI Shade bundle within 7 days of delivery — at no additional shipping cost.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your LAZULI Shade arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
